We are WIP International and we represent Workers-In-Progress to be recruited for companies on a global scale. 

Our team consists of two thrivers for your success: Kevin Enger Morønning and Bikram Lama.

Our vision is to make dreams of workers a reality and turn them into the results desired for both the workers and their employers.

We are located in Norway near Oslo airport. We are flexible in terms of travelling to meet our clients overseas for larger recruitment assignments subject to the corona situation allowing us to do so.

The birth of WIP International’s idea goes back to 2008, when Bikram himself came from Nepal to work in Europe. He's had a long journey working in different countries with many different challenges.

We started WIP International to help companies around the world with goals of success and great results, as well as helping hard-working Nepalese people achieve their dreams of getting an opportunity to work overseas, easing challenges one might come across.

We are only willing to work with serious, professional and lawful clients. Our work is to find our clients the manpower they need, but it is essential for us that the workers thrive, are included at their new workplaces and are well taken care of in terms of Environment, Health and Safety.
